Recently, the 2101 fully mechanized longwall at one coal mine in Shandong  Province was about to enter the recovery period. After the technical investigation, this coal mine decided to use our flexible mine grid as the longwall screen during the recovery.

In order to guarantee the safe and smooth recovery of the shields of 2101 longwall, the coal mine set up a leading team and convened many special session to arrange the dismantling of the shields. Production department organized all minors for the longwall recovery to learn the safe longwall recovery technical measures and held the special training. Directing at the job-site engineers and operators, our service engineer made the technical exchange and explanation through media, and positively cooperated during the construction. Up to now, all the dismantled shields and mining equipment has been transferred to the fully mechanized workshop.

Along with the hanging and lifting of the 95th hydraulic shield, all the dismantlement of this lonwall completed, 5 days in advance and established solid foundation for the succession of the next longwall and the maintenance of the equipment.
